Sura Al-Bayyina

Ayah: 1

لَمۡ يَكُنِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ مُنفَكِّينَ حَتَّىٰ تَأۡتِيَهُمُ ٱلۡبَيِّنَةُ
No es concebible que los incrédulos, de la Gente del Libro o los idólatras, sean condenados hasta que les haya llegado una evidencia clara,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

رَسُولٞ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ يَتۡلُواْ صُحُفٗا مُّطَهَّرَةٗ
que sea un Mensajero de Dios, que les recite una revelación purificada [de toda falsedad y contradicción],

Ayah: 3

فِيهَا كُتُبٞ قَيِّمَةٞ
que contiene preceptos de rectitud y justicia.

وَمَا تَفَرَّقَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡهُمُ ٱلۡبَيِّنَةُ
Pero quienes recibieron el Libro con anterioridad [judíos, cristianos y otros] rompieron su unidad [en la fe] cuando les llegó la evidencia clara [a pesar de provenir de la misma fuente divina],

Ayah: 5

وَمَآ أُمِرُوٓاْ إِلَّا لِيَعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَ حُنَفَآءَ وَيُقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُؤۡتُواْ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَۚ وَذَٰلِكَ دِينُ ٱلۡقَيِّمَةِ
en la que únicamente se les ordenaba que fueran monoteístas adorando solo a Dios con sinceridad, que realizaran la oración y pagaran el zakat, pues esa es la verdadera religión.

Ayah: 6

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمۡ شَرُّ ٱلۡبَرِيَّةِ
Quienes se negaron a seguir la verdad, sean Gente del Libro o idólatras, serán castigados eternamente en el fuego del Infierno. Ellos son lo peor entre todos los seres creados.

Ayah: 7

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمۡ خَيۡرُ ٱلۡبَرِيَّةِ
En cambio, los que creen y obran rectamente son lo mejor entre todos los seres creados.

Ayah: 8

جَزَآؤُهُمۡ عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡ جَنَّٰتُ عَدۡنٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدٗاۖ رَّضِيَ ٱللَّهُ عَنۡهُمۡ وَرَضُواْ عَنۡهُۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنۡ خَشِيَ رَبَّهُۥ
Ellos recibirán como recompensa de su Señor Jardines del Edén por donde corren ríos, en los que estarán eternamente. Dios estará complacido con ellos y ellos lo estarán con Él. Esto es lo que aguarda a quienes hayan tenido temor de Dios.
