Purposes of the Surah:
الحث على الاعتصام بالله من الشرور.

Ayah: 1

قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡفَلَقِ
قل - أيها الرسول -: أعتصم بربّ الصبح، وأستجير به.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
من شرّ ما يؤذي من المخلوقات.

وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
وأعتصم بالله من الشرور التي تظهر في الليل من دواب ولصوص.

وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِي ٱلۡعُقَدِ
وأعتصم به من شرّ السواحر اللائي يَنْفُثْن في العُقَد.

وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
وأعتصم به من شرّ حاسد إذا عمل بما يدفعه إليه الحسد.
