Ayah: 1

وَٱلۡعَصۡرِ
And olsun əsrə (zamana, əsr vaxtına və ya əsr namazına)!

إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لَفِي خُسۡرٍ
Həqiqətən, insan xüsran içərisindədir.

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ
Yalnız iman gətirib saleh əməllər edənlər, bir-birinə haqqı tövsiyə edənlər və bir-birinə səbri tövsiyə edənlərdən başqa.
