تَجۡرِي بِأَعۡيُنِنَا جَزَآءٗ لِّمَن كَانَ كُفِرَ
১৪. উক্ত কিশতি আমার দৃষ্টি ও তত্ত¡াবধানে পানির উত্তাল তরঙ্গমালার উপর দিয়ে চলে। তা ছিলো নূহ (আলাইহিমাস-সালাম) এর প্রতি মিথ্যারোপকারী সম্প্রদায় এবং তিনি আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে তাদের নিকট যা নিয়ে এসেছিলেন তা অস্বীকারকারীদের উপর বিজয় প্রদানের নিমিত্তে।

• مشروعية الدعاء على الكافر المصرّ على كفره.
ক. কুফরীর উপর অবিচল কাফিরের উপর বদ দো‘আ করা বৈধ।
• إهلاك المكذبين وإنجاء المؤمنين سُنَّة إلهية.
খ. মিথ্যারোপকারীদেরকে ধ্বংস করা ও ঈমানদারদেরকে উদ্ধার করা আল্লাহর অমিয় নিয়ম।
• تيسير القرآن للحفظ وللتذكر والاتعاظ.
গ. মুখস্থ করা, শিক্ষা ও উপদেশের জন্য কুরআনকে অতি সহজ করা হয়েছে।
