Soerat Al-Fiel (De Olifant)

Ayah: 1

أَلَمۡ تَرَ كَيۡفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِأَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلۡفِيلِ
1. Heb jij (o Mohammed) hoe jouw Heer de metgezellen van de olifanten behandelde?

أَلَمۡ يَجۡعَلۡ كَيۡدَهُمۡ فِي تَضۡلِيلٖ
2. Heeft Hij hun plan (om de Ka’ba te vernietigen) dan niet tot een dwaalspoor gebracht.

وَأَرۡسَلَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ طَيۡرًا أَبَابِيلَ
3. Door zwermen vogels naar hen toe te sturen.
