QOURAYCH

Ayah: 1

لِإِيلَٰفِ قُرَيۡشٍ
A cause de l'habitude des Quraysh [1098],
[1098] Les Coraïch: habitants de la Mecque, concitoyens de Muḥammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم).
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

إِۦلَٰفِهِمۡ رِحۡلَةَ ٱلشِّتَآءِ وَٱلصَّيۡفِ
De leur habitude [concernant] les voyages d’hiver et d’été [1099].
[1099] En hiver: vers le Yémen. En été: vers la Syrie.

Ayah: 3

فَلۡيَعۡبُدُواْ رَبَّ هَٰذَا ٱلۡبَيۡتِ
Qu’ils adorent donc le Seigneur de cette Maison (la Kaaba).

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَطۡعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٖ وَءَامَنَهُم مِّنۡ خَوۡفِۭ
qui les a nourris contre la faim et rassurés de la crainte!
