Ayah: 1

أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ
1 N’avons-Nous pas épanoui ton cœur,

وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ
2 te soulageant ainsi de ce fardeau

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ
3 qui pesait si lourdement sur ton dos ?

وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ
4 N’avons-Nous pas rehaussé ton renom ?

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا
5 Sache qu’il n’est d’épreuve qui ne soit suivie d’une délivrance.

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرٗا
6 Oui, il n’est pas d’épreuve qui ne soit suivie d’une délivrance.

فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ
7 Une fois donc libéré de tes occupations, consacre-toi au culte avec ferveur,

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرۡغَب
8 te tournant sincèrement vers ton Seigneur, convoitant humblement Ses faveurs.
