Ayah: 1

وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذَا يَغۡشَىٰ
Mi woondarii jemma si mbo arii e niɓɓidde.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

وَٱلنَّهَارِ إِذَا تَجَلَّىٰ
O woondirii ñalawma sombo hunciima.

Ayah: 3

وَمَا خَلَقَ ٱلذَّكَرَ وَٱلۡأُنثَىٰٓ
O woondirii ko O tagi ko gorel e deyel.

Ayah: 4

إِنَّ سَعۡيَكُمۡ لَشَتَّىٰ
Pellet golle mon na ceerti.

فَأَمَّا مَنۡ أَعۡطَىٰ وَٱتَّقَىٰ
Tawi ko oon tottirɗo o reenti.

وَصَدَّقَ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ
O goonɗini baraaji golle mum.

فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ لِلۡيُسۡرَىٰ

وَأَمَّا مَنۢ بَخِلَ وَٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰ
Tawi ko oon ngammbuɗo o yondinii.

O fenni njoɓdi.

Nafataa mbo jawdi makko si o saami e yiite.

إِنَّ عَلَيۡنَا لَلۡهُدَىٰ
Ko e Amen peewal woni.

وَإِنَّ لَنَا لَلۡأٓخِرَةَ وَٱلۡأُولَىٰ
Ko minen woodani nguurndam cakkitiɗam e ngadiɗam.

فَأَنذَرۡتُكُمۡ نَارٗا تَلَظَّىٰ
