Translation of the meanings Ayah: (49) Surah: Al-Baqarah
وَإِذۡ نَجَّيۡنَٰكُم مِّنۡ ءَالِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ يَسُومُونَكُمۡ سُوٓءَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ يُذَبِّحُونَ أَبۡنَآءَكُمۡ وَيَسۡتَحۡيُونَ نِسَآءَكُمۡۚ وَفِي ذَٰلِكُم بَلَآءٞ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ عَظِيمٞ
Und (gedenkt,) als Wir euch von den Leuten Fir’auns erretteten, die euch eine böse Qual auferlegten, indem sie eure Söhne allesamt abschlachteten und (nur) eure Frauen am Leben ließen. Darin war für euch eine gewaltige Prüfung von eurem Herrn.
