Translation of the meanings Ayah: (21) Surah: Al-Ahqāf
۞ وَٱذۡكُرۡ أَخَا عَادٍ إِذۡ أَنذَرَ قَوۡمَهُۥ بِٱلۡأَحۡقَافِ وَقَدۡ خَلَتِ ٱلنُّذُرُ مِنۢ بَيۡنِ يَدَيۡهِ وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِۦٓ أَلَّا تَعۡبُدُوٓاْ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ
Und gedenke des Bruders der Ad’, als er bei al-Ahqaf sein Volk warnte, wo bereits Warner vor ihm und (auch) nach ihm dahingingen: Ihr sollt nur Allah dienen. Gewiß, ich fürchte für euch die Strafe eines gewaltigen Tages.
