אל-מאעון

Ayah: 1

أَرَءَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِي يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ
1 הראית את זה אשר מתכחש ליום הדין?

فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِي يَدُعُّ ٱلۡيَتِيمَ
2 הוא זה שדוחה מעליו את היתומים,

وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينِ
3 ואינו נחלץ להאכיל את המסכנים,

فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلۡمُصَلِّينَ
4 אבוי למתפללים,

5 אלה אשר מתמהמהים לקיים תפילה,

ٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ يُرَآءُونَ
6 אלה אשר עושים רק בשביל להראות,

وَيَمۡنَعُونَ ٱلۡمَاعُونَ
7 ומונעים את החסד הפשוט.
