सूरा अल्-काफ़िरून

Ayah: 1

قُلْ یٰۤاَیُّهَا الْكٰفِرُوْنَ ۟ۙ
(ऐ नबी!) आप कह दीजिए : ऐ काफ़िरो!

Ayah: 2

لَاۤ اَعْبُدُ مَا تَعْبُدُوْنَ ۟ۙ
मैं उसकी इबादत नहीं करता, जिसकी तुम इबादत करते हो।

وَلَاۤ اَنْتُمْ عٰبِدُوْنَ مَاۤ اَعْبُدُ ۟ۚ
और न तुम उसकी इबादत करने वाले हो, जिसकी मैं इबादत करता हूँ।

وَلَاۤ اَنَا عَابِدٌ مَّا عَبَدْتُّمْ ۟ۙ
और न मैं उसकी इबादत करने वाला हूँ, जिसकी इबादत तुमने की है।

وَلَاۤ اَنْتُمْ عٰبِدُوْنَ مَاۤ اَعْبُدُ ۟ؕ
और न तुम उसकी इबादत करने वाले हो, जिसकी मैं इबादत करता हूँ।

Ayah: 6

لَكُمْ دِیْنُكُمْ وَلِیَ دِیْنِ ۟۠
तुम्हारे लिए तुम्हारा धर्म तथा मेरे लिए मेरा धर्म है।[1]
1. (1-6) पूरी सूरत का भावार्थ यह है कि इस्लाम में वही ईमान (विश्वास) मान्य है, जो पूर्ण तौह़ीद (एकेश्वर्वाद) के साथ हो, अर्थात अल्लाह के अस्तित्व तथा गुणों और उसके अधिकारों में किसी को साझी न बनाया जाए। क़ुरआन की शिक्षानुसार जो अल्लाह को नहीं मानता, और जो मानता है परंतु उसके साथ देवी-देवताओं को भी मानात है, तो दोनों में कोई अंतर नहीं। उसके विशेष गुणों को किसी अन्य में मानना उसको न मानने ही के बराबर है और दोनों ही काफ़िर हैं। (देखिए : उम्मुल किताब, मौलाना आज़ाद)
