Ayah: 21

وَاِنْ مِّنْ شَیْءٍ اِلَّا عِنْدَنَا خَزَآىِٕنُهٗ ؗ— وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهٗۤ اِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَّعْلُوْمٍ ۟
और कोई चीज़ ऐसी नहीं है, जिसके ख़ज़ाने हमारे पास न हों। और हम उसे एक निश्चित मात्रा ही में उतारते हैं।
