Translation of the meanings Ayah: (64) Surah: Āl-‘Imrān
قُلْ یٰۤاَهْلَ الْكِتٰبِ تَعَالَوْا اِلٰی كَلِمَةٍ سَوَآءٍ بَیْنَنَا وَبَیْنَكُمْ اَلَّا نَعْبُدَ اِلَّا اللّٰهَ وَلَا نُشْرِكَ بِهٖ شَیْـًٔا وَّلَا یَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضًا اَرْبَابًا مِّنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ ؕ— فَاِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَقُوْلُوا اشْهَدُوْا بِاَنَّا مُسْلِمُوْنَ ۟
(ऐ नबी!) कह दीजिए : ऐ किताब वालो! आओ एक ऐसी बात की ओर जो हमारे बीच और तुम्हारे बीच समान (बराबर) है; यह कि हम अल्लाह के सिवा किसी की इबादत न करें और उसके साथ किसी चीज़ को साझी न बनाएँ तथा हममें से कोई किसी को अल्लाह के सिवा रब न बनाए। फिर यदि वे मुँह फेर लें, तो कह दो कि तुम गवाह रहो कि हम (अल्लाह के) आज्ञाकारी[29] हैं।
29. इस आयत में ईसा अलैहिस्सलाम से संबंधित विवाद के निवारण के लिए एक दूसरी विधि बताई गई है।
