Translation of the meanings Ayah: (51) Surah: An-Nisā’
اَلَمْ تَرَ اِلَی الَّذِیْنَ اُوْتُوْا نَصِیْبًا مِّنَ الْكِتٰبِ یُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِالْجِبْتِ وَالطَّاغُوْتِ وَیَقُوْلُوْنَ لِلَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا هٰۤؤُلَآءِ اَهْدٰی مِنَ الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا سَبِیْلًا ۟
(ऐ नबी!) क्या आपने उन लोगों को नहीं देखा, जिन्हें पुस्तक का कुछ भाग दिया गया? वे मूर्तियों तथा शैतान पर ईमान (विश्वास) रखते हैं और काफ़िरों[41] के बारे में कहते हैं कि ये ईमान वालों से अधिक सीधी डगर पर हैं।
41. अर्थात मक्का के मूर्ति के पुजारियों के बारे में। मदीना के यहूदियों की यह दशा थी कि वह सदैव मूर्ति पूजा के विरोधी रहे और उसका अपमान करते रहे। परंतु अब मुसलमानों के विरोध में उनकी प्रशंसा करते और कहते कि मूर्ति पूजकों का आचरण और स्वभाव अधिक अच्छा है।
