Translation of the meanings Ayah: (83) Surah: Al-An‘ām
وَتِلْكَ حُجَّتُنَاۤ اٰتَیْنٰهَاۤ اِبْرٰهِیْمَ عَلٰی قَوْمِهٖ ؕ— نَرْفَعُ دَرَجٰتٍ مَّنْ نَّشَآءُ ؕ— اِنَّ رَبَّكَ حَكِیْمٌ عَلِیْمٌ ۟
यह हमारा तर्क है, जो हमने इबराहीम को उसकी जाति के विरुद्ध प्रदान किया। हम जिसे चाहते है, पदों में ऊँचा[58] कर देते हैं। निःसंदेह आपका पालनहार पूर्ण हिकमत वाला, सब कुछ जानने वाला है।
58. एक व्यक्ति नबी (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि व सल्लम) के पास आया और कहा : ऐ सर्वोत्तम पुरुष! आपने कहा : वह (सर्वोत्तम पुरुष) इबराहीम (अलैहिस्सलाम) हैं। (सह़ीह़ मुस्लिम : 2369)
