لَا یَرْقُبُوْنَ فِیْ مُؤْمِنٍ اِلًّا وَّلَا ذِمَّةً ؕ— وَاُولٰٓىِٕكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُوْنَ ۟

वे किसी ईमान वाले के बारे में न किसी रिश्तेदारी का सम्मान करते हैं और न किसी वचन का, और यही लोग सीमाओं का उल्लंघन करने वाले हैं।
