Qâf

Ayah: 1

قٓۚ وَٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ ٱلۡمَجِيدِ
Qā-āf, ﴿قٓ﴾ – per il Glorioso Corano!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

بَلۡ عَجِبُوٓاْ أَن جَآءَهُم مُّنذِرٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ فَقَالَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ هَٰذَا شَيۡءٌ عَجِيبٌ
Ma si stupirono che gli venne un ammonitore tra loro; i miscredenti dissero: “Questa sarebbe davvero una cosa strana!

Ayah: 3

أَءِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابٗاۖ ذَٰلِكَ رَجۡعُۢ بَعِيدٞ
Una volta morti e ridotti in polvere (tornare in vita)? Sarebbe impossibile tornare!»

Ayah: 4

قَدۡ عَلِمۡنَا مَا تَنقُصُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ مِنۡهُمۡۖ وَعِندَنَا كِتَٰبٌ حَفِيظُۢ
Sappiamo che la terra li ha poi consumati, e abbiamo un Libro che registra tutto.

Ayah: 5

بَلۡ كَذَّبُواْ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لَمَّا جَآءَهُمۡ فَهُمۡ فِيٓ أَمۡرٖ مَّرِيجٍ
Ma negarono la verità quando arrivò loro, e sono ancora in preda al dubbio.

Ayah: 6

أَفَلَمۡ يَنظُرُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ فَوۡقَهُمۡ كَيۡفَ بَنَيۡنَٰهَا وَزَيَّنَّٰهَا وَمَا لَهَا مِن فُرُوجٖ
Non vedono forse il cielo su di loro, come l’abbiamo costruito, e come l’abbiamo abbellito e come è privo di difetti?

Ayah: 7

وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ مَدَدۡنَٰهَا وَأَلۡقَيۡنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِيَ وَأَنۢبَتۡنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوۡجِۭ بَهِيجٖ
E la terra: la distendemmo e vi gettammo dei fermi, e vi abbiamo fatto crescere una coppia di ogni meravigliosa specie,

Ayah: 8

تَبۡصِرَةٗ وَذِكۡرَىٰ لِكُلِّ عَبۡدٖ مُّنِيبٖ
per illuminare e far riflettere ogni umile servo.

وَنَزَّلۡنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ مُّبَٰرَكٗا فَأَنۢبَتۡنَا بِهِۦ جَنَّٰتٖ وَحَبَّ ٱلۡحَصِيدِ
E Noi abbiamo fatto cadere dal cielo acqua benedetta, con cui abbiamo fatto crescere giardini e campi di cereali

Ayah: 10

وَٱلنَّخۡلَ بَاسِقَٰتٖ لَّهَا طَلۡعٞ نَّضِيدٞ
e alte palme dalle spate sovrapposte,

رِّزۡقٗا لِّلۡعِبَادِۖ وَأَحۡيَيۡنَا بِهِۦ بَلۡدَةٗ مَّيۡتٗاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡخُرُوجُ
come sostentamento per gli uomini, e ne vivifichiamo una terra morta: così è la resurrezione.

Ayah: 12

كَذَّبَتۡ قَبۡلَهُمۡ قَوۡمُ نُوحٖ وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلرَّسِّ وَثَمُودُ
Prima di loro negarono il popolo di Nūħ, e la gente di Rass e di Thamūd

Ayah: 13

وَعَادٞ وَفِرۡعَوۡنُ وَإِخۡوَٰنُ لُوطٖ
e ‘Ad e il Faraone, e i fratelli di Lūţ

Ayah: 14

وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡأَيۡكَةِ وَقَوۡمُ تُبَّعٖۚ كُلّٞ كَذَّبَ ٱلرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ وَعِيدِ
e la gente di Al Aikah (il Boschetto) e il popolo di Tubba’; tutti avevano smentito i Profeti, e si avverò la Mia promessa.

Ayah: 15

أَفَعَيِينَا بِٱلۡخَلۡقِ ٱلۡأَوَّلِۚ بَلۡ هُمۡ فِي لَبۡسٖ مِّنۡ خَلۡقٖ جَدِيدٖ
Ci siamo forse affaticati con la prima creazione? Ma sono loro che dubitano di una nuova creazione.

Ayah: 16

وَلَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ وَنَعۡلَمُ مَا تُوَسۡوِسُ بِهِۦ نَفۡسُهُۥۖ وَنَحۡنُ أَقۡرَبُ إِلَيۡهِ مِنۡ حَبۡلِ ٱلۡوَرِيدِ
E abbiamo creato l’uomo e sappiamo ciò che gli sussurra l’anima. E Noi siamo più vicini a lui della sua vena giugulare,

Ayah: 17

إِذۡ يَتَلَقَّى ٱلۡمُتَلَقِّيَانِ عَنِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ قَعِيدٞ
e quando gli angeli che annotano, presenti uno a destra e uno a sinistra, annoteranno,

Ayah: 18

مَّا يَلۡفِظُ مِن قَوۡلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيۡهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٞ
lui non pronuncerà parola senza avere accanto a sé un pronto osservatore.

Ayah: 19

وَجَآءَتۡ سَكۡرَةُ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ ذَٰلِكَ مَا كُنتَ مِنۡهُ تَحِيدُ
Ed ecco che l’agonia della morte gli farà vedere la verità: «Quello è ciò che cercavi di evitare.»

Ayah: 20

وَنُفِخَ فِي ٱلصُّورِۚ ذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمُ ٱلۡوَعِيدِ
Ed ecco che si soffierà nel Corno: quello sarà il Giorno promesso.

وَجَآءَتۡ كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ مَّعَهَا سَآئِقٞ وَشَهِيدٞ
Allora ogni anima verrà accompagnata da una guida e da un testimone:

Ayah: 22

لَّقَدۡ كُنتَ فِي غَفۡلَةٖ مِّنۡ هَٰذَا فَكَشَفۡنَا عَنكَ غِطَآءَكَ فَبَصَرُكَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ حَدِيدٞ
»Eri ignaro di ciò, e ti abbiamo sollevato il velo ed ecco che la tua vista, oggi, si è fatta acuta.»

Ayah: 23

وَقَالَ قَرِينُهُۥ هَٰذَا مَا لَدَيَّ عَتِيدٌ
E il suo compagno disse: “Ecco ciò che ho annotato!

أَلۡقِيَا فِي جَهَنَّمَ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ عَنِيدٖ
Gettare nell’Inferno ogni ostinato negatore,

مَّنَّاعٖ لِّلۡخَيۡرِ مُعۡتَدٖ مُّرِيبٍ
che s’opponeva al bene, aggressore, sospettoso

Ayah: 26

ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَأَلۡقِيَاهُ فِي ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلشَّدِيدِ
e che associava ad Allāh un’altra divinità: gettatelo nella dura punizione!”

Ayah: 27

۞ قَالَ قَرِينُهُۥ رَبَّنَا مَآ أَطۡغَيۡتُهُۥ وَلَٰكِن كَانَ فِي ضَلَٰلِۭ بَعِيدٖ
Disse il suo compagno: “Dio nostro, non sono stato io a indurlo al peccato, ma lui era già in una remota perdizione!”

Ayah: 28

قَالَ لَا تَخۡتَصِمُواْ لَدَيَّ وَقَدۡ قَدَّمۡتُ إِلَيۡكُم بِٱلۡوَعِيدِ
Disse: «Non discutete davanti a Me, e vi avevo già avvertito.

Ayah: 29

مَا يُبَدَّلُ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ لَدَيَّ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِظَلَّٰمٖ لِّلۡعَبِيدِ
Il Mio ordine non si cambia, e non sono ingiusto con i Miei servi”.

Ayah: 30

يَوۡمَ نَقُولُ لِجَهَنَّمَ هَلِ ٱمۡتَلَأۡتِ وَتَقُولُ هَلۡ مِن مَّزِيدٖ
Il giorno che diremo all’Inferno: «Sei pieno?» e dirà: «Ce n’è ancora?»

Ayah: 31

وَأُزۡلِفَتِ ٱلۡجَنَّةُ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ غَيۡرَ بَعِيدٍ
Quel giorno il Paradiso sarà avvicinato ai pii, non sarà lontano.

Ayah: 32

هَٰذَا مَا تُوعَدُونَ لِكُلِّ أَوَّابٍ حَفِيظٖ
»Ecco ciò che fu promesso a ogni penitente osservante,

مَّنۡ خَشِيَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنَ بِٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَجَآءَ بِقَلۡبٖ مُّنِيبٍ
che ha temuto il Misericordioso, nell’Ignoto, e venne con cuore umile.

Ayah: 34

ٱدۡخُلُوهَا بِسَلَٰمٖۖ ذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمُ ٱلۡخُلُودِ
Entrate in pace, quello è il giorno dell’eternità».

Ayah: 35

لَهُم مَّا يَشَآءُونَ فِيهَا وَلَدَيۡنَا مَزِيدٞ
Avranno lì ciò che loro vorranno, e ne abbiamo di più.

Ayah: 36

وَكَمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا قَبۡلَهُم مِّن قَرۡنٍ هُمۡ أَشَدُّ مِنۡهُم بَطۡشٗا فَنَقَّبُواْ فِي ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ هَلۡ مِن مَّحِيصٍ
E quanti popoli, molto più forti di loro, abbiamo distrutto! Cercavano scampo in ogni luogo: l’hanno forse trovato?

Ayah: 37

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَذِكۡرَىٰ لِمَن كَانَ لَهُۥ قَلۡبٌ أَوۡ أَلۡقَى ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَهُوَ شَهِيدٞ
In quello c’è in verità un monito per chi ha un cuore, o ha ascoltato ed era testimone.

Ayah: 38

وَلَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٖ وَمَا مَسَّنَا مِن لُّغُوبٖ
E abbiamo in verità creato i cieli e la terra e ciò che c’è di mezzo in sei giorni, e non Ci ha preso fatica.

Ayah: 39

فَٱصۡبِرۡ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَسَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّكَ قَبۡلَ طُلُوعِ ٱلشَّمۡسِ وَقَبۡلَ ٱلۡغُرُوبِ
Pazienta per ciò che dicono, e recita la Gloria del tuo Dio prima del sorgere del sole e prima del tramonto

وَمِنَ ٱلَّيۡلِ فَسَبِّحۡهُ وَأَدۡبَٰرَ ٱلسُّجُودِ
e celebraNe le Lodi parte della notte, e dopo la prosternazione,

Ayah: 41

وَٱسۡتَمِعۡ يَوۡمَ يُنَادِ ٱلۡمُنَادِ مِن مَّكَانٖ قَرِيبٖ
e ascolta l’annunciatore quando chiamerà da un posto vicino,

Ayah: 42

يَوۡمَ يَسۡمَعُونَ ٱلصَّيۡحَةَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ ذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمُ ٱلۡخُرُوجِ
il Giorno in cui sentiranno l’Urlo della Verità: quello sarà il Giorno della Resurrezione.

Ayah: 43

إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نُحۡيِۦ وَنُمِيتُ وَإِلَيۡنَا ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
In verità siamo Noi che facciamo vivere e facciamo morire e a Noi è il ritorno.

Ayah: 44

يَوۡمَ تَشَقَّقُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ عَنۡهُمۡ سِرَاعٗاۚ ذَٰلِكَ حَشۡرٌ عَلَيۡنَا يَسِيرٞ
Il Giorno in cui la terra si fenderà per farli uscire in fretta, quel giorno sarà per Noi facile radunarli.

Ayah: 45

نَّحۡنُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا يَقُولُونَۖ وَمَآ أَنتَ عَلَيۡهِم بِجَبَّارٖۖ فَذَكِّرۡ بِٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ مَن يَخَافُ وَعِيدِ
Noi siamo più informati di ciò che dicono. E tu non sei inviato per tiranneggiarli: avverti col Corano chi teme la Mia promessa.
