Al-Wâqi‘ah

Ayah: 1

إِذَا وَقَعَتِ ٱلۡوَاقِعَةُ
Quando si realizzerà l’Evento
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

لَيۡسَ لِوَقۡعَتِهَا كَاذِبَةٌ
il cui avvento nessuno può smentire,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 3

خَافِضَةٞ رَّافِعَةٌ
Lui sprofonderà ed eleverà (ciò che vuole).
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 4

إِذَا رُجَّتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ رَجّٗا
Quando la terra tremerà violentemente
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 5

وَبُسَّتِ ٱلۡجِبَالُ بَسّٗا
e le montagne andranno in frantumi

Ayah: 6

فَكَانَتۡ هَبَآءٗ مُّنۢبَثّٗا
e diventeranno polvere sparsa,

Ayah: 7

وَكُنتُمۡ أَزۡوَٰجٗا ثَلَٰثَةٗ
sarete divisi in tre coppie:

Ayah: 8

فَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ
la gente della destra – dove sono i compagni della destra? –

Ayah: 9

وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِ
E la gente della sinistra – dove sono i compagni della sinistra?

Ayah: 10

وَٱلسَّٰبِقُونَ ٱلسَّٰبِقُونَ
E quelli che sono venuti prima:
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 11

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَ
quelli saranno i più vicini,

Ayah: 12

فِي جَنَّٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
in Paradisi di delizie:
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 13

ثُلَّةٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
molti dei primi fedeli,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 14

وَقَلِيلٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ
e pochi degli ultimi,

Ayah: 15

عَلَىٰ سُرُرٖ مَّوۡضُونَةٖ
su palchi tappezzati in oro,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 16

مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَيۡهَا مُتَقَٰبِلِينَ
adagiati sui gomiti, l’uno di fronte all’altro,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 17

يَطُوفُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وِلۡدَٰنٞ مُّخَلَّدُونَ
e saranno serviti da eterni giovani
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 18

بِأَكۡوَابٖ وَأَبَارِيقَ وَكَأۡسٖ مِّن مَّعِينٖ
con calici e boccali e coppe di vino,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 19

لَّا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنۡهَا وَلَا يُنزِفُونَ
che non faranno venire loro emicranie, né faranno perdere loro la ragione,

Ayah: 20

وَفَٰكِهَةٖ مِّمَّا يَتَخَيَّرُونَ
e frutta a loro scelta

Ayah: 21

وَلَحۡمِ طَيۡرٖ مِّمَّا يَشۡتَهُونَ
e carne di uccelli a loro piacimento,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 22

وَحُورٌ عِينٞ
e giovani dai grandi occhi,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 23

كَأَمۡثَٰلِ ٱللُّؤۡلُوِٕ ٱلۡمَكۡنُونِ
come perle nascoste,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 24

جَزَآءَۢ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ
a ricompensa delle loro azioni.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 25

لَا يَسۡمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغۡوٗا وَلَا تَأۡثِيمًا
Non si sentiranno lì parole vane, né incitamenti al peccato,

Ayah: 26

إِلَّا قِيلٗا سَلَٰمٗا سَلَٰمٗا
ma si dirà solo: „Pace! Pace!”

Ayah: 27

وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡيَمِينِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
E la gente della destra[91] – dove sono i compagni della destra? –
[91]- Persone pie, che hanno fatto solo il bene e sono i primi ad avere ricompense dal Creatore. Riceveranno il registro dove sono annotate le azioni compiute in vita sulla mano destra.

Ayah: 28

فِي سِدۡرٖ مَّخۡضُودٖ
saranno in mezzo a giuggioli senza spine
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 29

وَطَلۡحٖ مَّنضُودٖ
e banani carichi di frutta
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 30

وَظِلّٖ مَّمۡدُودٖ
e ombre spaziose

Ayah: 31

وَمَآءٖ مَّسۡكُوبٖ
e acque correnti
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 32

وَفَٰكِهَةٖ كَثِيرَةٖ
e frutta in abbondanza,

Ayah: 33

لَّا مَقۡطُوعَةٖ وَلَا مَمۡنُوعَةٖ
senza fine, né illecita,

Ayah: 34

وَفُرُشٖ مَّرۡفُوعَةٍ
e con alti letti.

Ayah: 35

إِنَّآ أَنشَأۡنَٰهُنَّ إِنشَآءٗ
In verità Noi abbiamo creato le fanciulle con perfezione

Ayah: 36

فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُنَّ أَبۡكَارًا
e rese pure,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 37

عُرُبًا أَتۡرَابٗا
affettuose e coetanee.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 38

لِّأَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
Per la gente della destra,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 39

ثُلَّةٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
molti dei primi fedeli
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 40

وَثُلَّةٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ
e altrettanti degli ultimi.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 41

وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلشِّمَالِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلشِّمَالِ
In quanto alla gente della sinistra[92] – dove sono i compagni della sinistra? –
[92]- Persone che hanno fatto il male e saranno giudicati per questo. Riceveranno il registro dove sono annotate le azioni compiute in vita sulla mano sinistra.

Ayah: 42

فِي سَمُومٖ وَحَمِيمٖ
si troveranno in mezzo a tempeste infuocate e acqua bollente
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 43

وَظِلّٖ مِّن يَحۡمُومٖ
e ombre di fumo nero
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 44

لَّا بَارِدٖ وَلَا كَرِيمٍ
né fresche, né benefiche.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 45

إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَبۡلَ ذَٰلِكَ مُتۡرَفِينَ
In verità prima vivevano nell’agio
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 46

وَكَانُواْ يُصِرُّونَ عَلَى ٱلۡحِنثِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
e perseveravano nella grave miscredenza
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 47

وَكَانُواْ يَقُولُونَ أَئِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابٗا وَعِظَٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبۡعُوثُونَ
e dicevano: «Se morissimo e diventassimo terra e ossa, saremmo fatti risuscitare?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 48

أَوَءَابَآؤُنَا ٱلۡأَوَّلُونَ
E così anche i nostri antenati?”

Ayah: 49

قُلۡ إِنَّ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ وَٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ
Di’: “In verità i precedenti e i successivi
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 50

لَمَجۡمُوعُونَ إِلَىٰ مِيقَٰتِ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
saranno riuniti al termine di un giorno prestabilito.

Ayah: 51

ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمۡ أَيُّهَا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ ٱلۡمُكَذِّبُونَ
Poi in verità, o voi perduti rinnegatori,

Ayah: 52

لَأٓكِلُونَ مِن شَجَرٖ مِّن زَقُّومٖ
mangerete dall’albero di Zaǭǭùm
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 53

فَمَالِـُٔونَ مِنۡهَا ٱلۡبُطُونَ
riempiendovene le pance
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 54

فَشَٰرِبُونَ عَلَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلۡحَمِيمِ
e bevendoci sopra acqua bollente,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 55

فَشَٰرِبُونَ شُرۡبَ ٱلۡهِيمِ
e berrete come cammelli assetati.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 56

هَٰذَا نُزُلُهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلدِّينِ
Questa sarà la loro dimora il Giorno del Giudizio”.

Ayah: 57

نَحۡنُ خَلَقۡنَٰكُمۡ فَلَوۡلَا تُصَدِّقُونَ
Noi vi abbiamo creato, se solo credeste!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 58

أَفَرَءَيۡتُم مَّا تُمۡنُونَ
Avete visto il seme che gettate?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 59

ءَأَنتُمۡ تَخۡلُقُونَهُۥٓ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡخَٰلِقُونَ
Siete forse voi che lo create o siamo Noi i Creatori?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 60

نَحۡنُ قَدَّرۡنَا بَيۡنَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ
Noi abbiamo creato la morte tra di voi – e non siamo Noi quelli che saranno vinti –
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 61

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ أَمۡثَٰلَكُمۡ وَنُنشِئَكُمۡ فِي مَا لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ
per sostituirvi con altri simili e per ricrearvi in forme che ignorate.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 62

وَلَقَدۡ عَلِمۡتُمُ ٱلنَّشۡأَةَ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ فَلَوۡلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
E avete già conosciuto la prima creazione: se solo ricordaste!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 63

أَفَرَءَيۡتُم مَّا تَحۡرُثُونَ
Avete visto ciò che seminate?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 64

ءَأَنتُمۡ تَزۡرَعُونَهُۥٓ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلزَّٰرِعُونَ
Siete forse voi che lo seminate, oppure siamo Noi i seminatori?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 65

لَوۡ نَشَآءُ لَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ حُطَٰمٗا فَظَلۡتُمۡ تَفَكَّهُونَ
Se volessimo lo ridurremmo in erbaccia; continuereste a balbettare:
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 66

إِنَّا لَمُغۡرَمُونَ
»In verità siamo rovinati!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 67

بَلۡ نَحۡنُ مَحۡرُومُونَ
Anzi, siamo privi di sostentamento!»

Ayah: 68

أَفَرَءَيۡتُمُ ٱلۡمَآءَ ٱلَّذِي تَشۡرَبُونَ
Avete visto l’acqua che bevete?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 69

ءَأَنتُمۡ أَنزَلۡتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُزۡنِ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُنزِلُونَ
L’avete forse fatta precipitare voi dalle nuvole, o siamo stati Noi a farla precipitare?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 70

لَوۡ نَشَآءُ جَعَلۡنَٰهُ أُجَاجٗا فَلَوۡلَا تَشۡكُرُونَ
Se avessimo voluto, l’avremmo resa salmastra: se solo foste grati!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 71

أَفَرَءَيۡتُمُ ٱلنَّارَ ٱلَّتِي تُورُونَ
Avete visto il fuoco che accendete?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 72

ءَأَنتُمۡ أَنشَأۡتُمۡ شَجَرَتَهَآ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُنشِـُٔونَ
Siete forse voi a creare la sua pianta, o siamo Noi i creatori?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 73

نَحۡنُ جَعَلۡنَٰهَا تَذۡكِرَةٗ وَمَتَٰعٗا لِّلۡمُقۡوِينَ
Noi l’abbiamo realizzato come monito e beneficio per i viaggiatori.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 74

فَسَبِّحۡ بِٱسۡمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
Glorifica il nome del tuo Grande Dio!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 75

۞ فَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِمَوَٰقِعِ ٱلنُّجُومِ
Giuro per le posizioni delle stelle –
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 76

وَإِنَّهُۥ لَقَسَمٞ لَّوۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ عَظِيمٌ
e in verità questo giuramento, se sapeste, è un giuramento solenne –

Ayah: 77

إِنَّهُۥ لَقُرۡءَانٞ كَرِيمٞ
In verità è il Generoso Corano,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 78

فِي كِتَٰبٖ مَّكۡنُونٖ
in un Libro ben custodito
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 79

لَّا يَمَسُّهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُطَهَّرُونَ
che non toccano se non i puri,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 80

تَنزِيلٞ مِّن رَّبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
ed è stato fatto discendere dal Dio dei Mondi.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 81

أَفَبِهَٰذَا ٱلۡحَدِيثِ أَنتُم مُّدۡهِنُونَ
È questa la Parola che smentite?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 82

وَتَجۡعَلُونَ رِزۡقَكُمۡ أَنَّكُمۡ تُكَذِّبُونَ
E ricambiate la grazia di Allāh con l’ingratitudine?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 83

فَلَوۡلَآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلۡحُلۡقُومَ
Ma quando l’anima di uno di voi gli arriverà alla gola[93]
[93]- Quando uno di voi starà per morire.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 84

وَأَنتُمۡ حِينَئِذٖ تَنظُرُونَ
– e voi presenti starete allora ad osservare –
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 85

وَنَحۡنُ أَقۡرَبُ إِلَيۡهِ مِنكُمۡ وَلَٰكِن لَّا تُبۡصِرُونَ
Noi gli saremo più vicini di voi, ma voi non vedrete.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 86

فَلَوۡلَآ إِن كُنتُمۡ غَيۡرَ مَدِينِينَ
E se voi pensate di non dover essere sottomessi a Me,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 87

تَرۡجِعُونَهَآ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ
fatela tornare indietro (l’anima), se siete capaci!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 88

فَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبِينَ
Se sarà stato tra i più vicini a Me,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 89

فَرَوۡحٞ وَرَيۡحَانٞ وَجَنَّتُ نَعِيمٖ
avrà pace e grazia e Paradisi di delizie;
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 90

وَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنۡ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
e se è stato di quelli della destra,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 91

فَسَلَٰمٞ لَّكَ مِنۡ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
gli si dirà: «Pace a te, da quelli della destra!»
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 92

وَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
Ma se lui è stato tra i rinnegatori in perdizione,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 93

فَنُزُلٞ مِّنۡ حَمِيمٖ
dimorerà in acqua bollente
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 94

وَتَصۡلِيَةُ جَحِيمٍ
e brucerà all’Inferno.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 95

إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ حَقُّ ٱلۡيَقِينِ
Questa è in verità l’assoluta Verità:

Ayah: 96

فَسَبِّحۡ بِٱسۡمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
Loda il Nome del tuo Supremo Dio!
