Ayah: 1

أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ
하나님이 그대의 마음을 펼치사 [])

وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ
그대의 무거운 짐을 덜어 주었으며 [])

그대의 등에 있는 그 점은 무거운 것이었노라
