Al-‘Ādiyāt

Ayah: 1

وَٱلۡعَٰدِيَٰتِ ضَبۡحٗا
거친 숨을 내쉬며 질주하는 말을 두고 맹세코
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

فَٱلۡمُورِيَٰتِ قَدۡحٗا
부싯불을 튀겨내는 말을 두고 맹세코

Ayah: 3

فَٱلۡمُغِيرَٰتِ صُبۡحٗا
새벽에 돌진하는 말을 두고 맹세코

Ayah: 4

فَأَثَرۡنَ بِهِۦ نَقۡعٗا
- 그때 그것(말)은 풍진을 일으키고

Ayah: 5

فَوَسَطۡنَ بِهِۦ جَمۡعًا
그때 그것(말)은 무리의 정중앙으로 돌파하노라 -

Ayah: 6

إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودٞ
진실로 인간은 자신의 주님께 감사해 하지 않노라.

وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٞ
진실로 그는 그에 관해 증언하는 자라.

وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلۡخَيۡرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
또한 진실로 그는 재산에 관해 애착이 지독하노라.

۞ أَفَلَا يَعۡلَمُ إِذَا بُعۡثِرَ مَا فِي ٱلۡقُبُورِ
그는 알지 못한단 말인가. 무덤에 있던 것들이 뒤집히고

وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي ٱلصُّدُورِ
마음속에 있던 것들이 수렴될 때

Ayah: 11

إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمۡ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لَّخَبِيرُۢ
진실로 그들의 주님께서는 이날 그들에게 밝으신 분이라.
