സൂറത്ത് ഖുറൈശ്

Ayah: 1

لِاِیْلٰفِ قُرَیْشٍ ۟ۙ
ഖുറൈശ് ഗോത്രത്തെ കൂട്ടിയിണക്കിയതിനാല്‍.

اٖلٰفِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ الشِّتَآءِ وَالصَّیْفِ ۟ۚ
ശൈത്യകാലത്തെയും ഉഷ്ണകാലത്തെയും യാത്രയുമായി അവരെ കൂട്ടിയിണക്കിയതിനാല്‍,

Ayah: 3

فَلْیَعْبُدُوْا رَبَّ هٰذَا الْبَیْتِ ۟ۙ
അതിനാൽ ഈ ഭവനത്തിന്‍റെ രക്ഷിതാവിനെ അവര്‍ ആരാധിച്ചുകൊള്ളട്ടെ.(1)
1) അറേബ്യയിലെ അഭിജാതവിഭാഗമായിരുന്നു ഖുറൈശ് ഗോത്രം. ഈ ഗോത്രത്തിലെ ബനൂഹാശിം കുടുംബത്തിലാണ് നബി(ﷺ) പിറന്നത്. മക്കാനഗരിക്ക് അറബികള്‍ പവിത്രത കല്പിക്കുകയും അവിടെ കൈയ്യേറ്റവും യുദ്ധവും നടത്തുന്നത് നിഷിദ്ധമായി ഗണിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് മക്കാനിവാസികളായ ഖുറൈശികള്‍ ആക്രമണങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്ന് സുരക്ഷിതരായിരുന്നു. വിശുദ്ധ കഅ്ബയുടെ പരിപാലകര്‍ എന്ന നിലയില്‍ ഖുറൈശികള്‍ക്ക് അറേബ്യയിലുടനീളം ആദരവും അംഗീകാരവും ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നതിനാല്‍ അവരുടെ കച്ചവട യാത്രകളും സുരക്ഷിതവും ലാഭകരവുമായിരുന്നു. ശൈത്യകാലത്ത് യമനിലേക്കും ഉഷ്ണകാലത്ത് സിറിയയിലേക്കുമുള്ള കച്ചവടയാത്രകളായിരുന്നു അവരുടെ പ്രധാന ഉപജീവനമാര്‍ഗം. ഈ വക സൗകര്യങ്ങളെല്ലാം അവര്‍ക്ക് ഇണക്കിക്കൊടുത്ത അല്ലാഹുവെ -വിശുദ്ധ കഅ്ബയുടെ റബ്ബിനെ- ആരാധിക്കാന്‍ അവര്‍ ബാധ്യസ്ഥരാണെന്ന് അല്ലാഹു അവരെ ഉണര്‍ത്തുന്നു.

الَّذِیْۤ اَطْعَمَهُمْ مِّنْ جُوْعٍ ۙ۬— وَّاٰمَنَهُمْ مِّنْ خَوْفٍ ۟۠
അതായത് അവര്‍ക്ക് വിശപ്പിന്ന് ആഹാരം നല്‍കുകയും, ഭയത്തിന് പകരം സമാധാനം നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്തവനെ.
