सूरतुल् बलद

Ayah: 1

لَاۤ اُقْسِمُ بِهٰذَا الْبَلَدِ ۟ۙ
१) हामीलाई यस नगर (मक्का) को कसम ।

وَاَنْتَ حِلٌّۢ بِهٰذَا الْبَلَدِ ۟ۙ
२) र तपाई यसै नगरमा त बस्नुहुन्छ ।

وَوَالِدٍ وَّمَا وَلَدَ ۟ۙ
३) र मानवीय बाबु र उसको सन्ततिको कसम ।

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْاِنْسَانَ فِیْ كَبَدٍ ۟ؕ
४) निःसन्देह हामीले मानिसलाई धेरै दुःखमा पैदा गरेका छौं ।

اَیَحْسَبُ اَنْ لَّنْ یَّقْدِرَ عَلَیْهِ اَحَدٌ ۟ۘ
५) के उसले यो ठान्दछ कि उसमाथि कसैको नियन्त्रण छैन ।

یَقُوْلُ اَهْلَكْتُ مَالًا لُّبَدًا ۟ؕ
६) भन्दछ कि मैले धेरै माल सम्पत्ति खर्च गरिदिएँ ।

اَیَحْسَبُ اَنْ لَّمْ یَرَهٗۤ اَحَدٌ ۟ؕ
७) के उसलाई यो लाग्दछ कि कसैले उसलाई देखेन ।

اَلَمْ نَجْعَلْ لَّهٗ عَیْنَیْنِ ۟ۙ
८) के हामीले उसलाई दुईटा आँखा दिएनौं ।

وَلِسَانًا وَّشَفَتَیْنِ ۟ۙ
९) र जिब्रो र दुईटा ओठ (दिएनौं) ?

وَهَدَیْنٰهُ النَّجْدَیْنِ ۟ۚ
१०) र उसलाई दुवै मार्ग पनि देखायौं ।

فَلَا اقْتَحَمَ الْعَقَبَةَ ۟ؗۖ
११) त उसले त्यो घाटीमा पस्न सकेन,

وَمَاۤ اَدْرٰىكَ مَا الْعَقَبَةُ ۟ؕ
१२) र तिमीलाई के थाहा कि त्यो घाटी के हो ?

فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ ۟ۙ
१३) (कसैको) गरदनलाई (दासत्वबाट) मुक्ति दिलाउनु ।

اَوْ اِطْعٰمٌ فِیْ یَوْمٍ ذِیْ مَسْغَبَةٍ ۟ۙ
१४) वा भोकको दिन खाना खुवाउनु ।

یَّتِیْمًا ذَا مَقْرَبَةٍ ۟ۙ
१५) कुनै नातेदार अनाथलाई,

اَوْ مِسْكِیْنًا ذَا مَتْرَبَةٍ ۟ؕ
१६) वा धूलधूसरित (फकिर) भिक्षुलाई ।

ثُمَّ كَانَ مِنَ الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْمَرْحَمَةِ ۟ؕ
१७) अनि ती मानिसहरूमा शम्मिलित हुन सक्थ्यौ जसले ईमान ल्याउँछन् र एक अर्कालाई धैर्य राख्न र दया गर्नुको निम्ति शिक्षा दिन्छन् ।

اُولٰٓىِٕكَ اَصْحٰبُ الْمَیْمَنَةِ ۟ؕ
१८) यी मानिसहरू नै दायाँ हातवाला हुन् ।

وَالَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا بِاٰیٰتِنَا هُمْ اَصْحٰبُ الْمَشْـَٔمَةِ ۟ؕ
१९) र जसले हाम्रा आयतहरूलाई मानेनन् उनीहरू बायाँ हातवाला हुन् ।

عَلَیْهِمْ نَارٌ مُّؤْصَدَةٌ ۟۠
२०) यिनीहरूमाथि नै आगो हुनेछ जो चारैतिरबाट घेरेको हुनेछ ।
