لَا یَسْبِقُوْنَهٗ بِالْقَوْلِ وَهُمْ بِاَمْرِهٖ یَعْمَلُوْنَ ۟
21-27 له هغه (الله) نه په خبره كولو كې ړومبى والى نه كوئ او دوى خاص د هغه په حكم عمل كوي
