اُرْكُضْ بِرِجْلِكَ ۚ— هٰذَا مُغْتَسَلٌۢ بَارِدٌ وَّشَرَابٌ ۟

38-42 ته (ځمكه) په خپلې پښې سره ووهه، دغه یخ غسلځاى دى، او د څښلو اوبه دي
