تَنْزِیْلًا مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَ الْاَرْضَ وَالسَّمٰوٰتِ الْعُلٰی ۟ؕ

[این قرآن،] فروفرستاده‌ای است از جانب آن ذاتی که زمین و آسمان‌های بلند را آفریده است.
