Suratu Al-Waqia

Ayah: 1

إِذَا وَقَعَتِ ٱلۡوَاقِعَةُ
Quando o acontecimento sobrevier,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

لَيۡسَ لِوَقۡعَتِهَا كَاذِبَةٌ
Não haverá de sua sobrevença alma desmentidora.

Ayah: 3

خَافِضَةٞ رَّافِعَةٌ
Ele será rebaixador, ele será elevador,

Ayah: 4

إِذَا رُجَّتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ رَجّٗا
Quando a terra for sacudida violentamente,

Ayah: 5

وَبُسَّتِ ٱلۡجِبَالُ بَسّٗا
E as montanhas forem esmigalhadas totalmente,

Ayah: 6

فَكَانَتۡ هَبَآءٗ مُّنۢبَثّٗا
Então, tornar-se-ão partículas espalhadas.

Ayah: 7

وَكُنتُمۡ أَزۡوَٰجٗا ثَلَٰثَةٗ
E vós sereis de três espécies:

Ayah: 8

فَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ
Então, os companheiros da direita - que excelentes os companheiros da direita! -

Ayah: 9

وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِ
E os companheiros da esquerda - que execráveis os companheiros da esquerda! -
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 10

وَٱلسَّٰبِقُونَ ٱلسَّٰبِقُونَ
E os precursores da Fé serão os precursores;
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 11

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَ
Estes serão os achegados a Allah,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 12

فِي جَنَّٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
Nos Jardins da Delícia,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 13

ثُلَّةٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
Uma multidão dos primeiros,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 14

وَقَلِيلٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ
E um pouco dos derradeiros.

Ayah: 15

عَلَىٰ سُرُرٖ مَّوۡضُونَةٖ
Estarão sobre leitos de tecidos ricamente bordados;

Ayah: 16

مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَيۡهَا مُتَقَٰبِلِينَ
Neles reclinados, frente a frente.

Ayah: 17

يَطُوفُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وِلۡدَٰنٞ مُّخَلَّدُونَ
Circularão, entre eles, mancebos, eternamente jovens,

Ayah: 18

بِأَكۡوَابٖ وَأَبَارِيقَ وَكَأۡسٖ مِّن مَّعِينٖ
Com copos e jarros e taça de fonte fluida

Ayah: 19

لَّا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنۡهَا وَلَا يُنزِفُونَ
- Com essa, não sofrerão dor cefálica nem se embriagarão -

Ayah: 20

وَفَٰكِهَةٖ مِّمَّا يَتَخَيَّرُونَ
E com frutas de quanto escolherem,

Ayah: 21

وَلَحۡمِ طَيۡرٖ مِّمَّا يَشۡتَهُونَ
E com carne de aves de quanto apetecerem.

وَحُورٌ عِينٞ
E haverá húris de belos grandes olhos,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 23

كَأَمۡثَٰلِ ٱللُّؤۡلُوِٕ ٱلۡمَكۡنُونِ
Iguais a pérolas resguardadas,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 24

جَزَآءَۢ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ
Em recompensa do que faziam.

Ayah: 25

لَا يَسۡمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغۡوٗا وَلَا تَأۡثِيمًا
Neles não ouvirão frivolidades nem algo pecaminoso

Ayah: 26

إِلَّا قِيلٗا سَلَٰمٗا سَلَٰمٗا
Senão o dito: "Salam! Salam!", Paz! Paz!

Ayah: 27

وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡيَمِينِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
E os companheiros da direita - que excelentes os companheiros da direita! -

Ayah: 28

فِي سِدۡرٖ مَّخۡضُودٖ
Estarão entre açofaifas não espinhosas,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 29

وَطَلۡحٖ مَّنضُودٖ
E árvores de bananeira bem ordenadas,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 30

وَظِلّٖ مَّمۡدُودٖ
E sombra extensa,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 31

وَمَآءٖ مَّسۡكُوبٖ
E água sempre fluente,

Ayah: 32

وَفَٰكِهَةٖ كَثِيرَةٖ
E frutas abundantes,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 33

لَّا مَقۡطُوعَةٖ وَلَا مَمۡنُوعَةٖ
Não cortadas nem proibidas,

Ayah: 34

وَفُرُشٖ مَّرۡفُوعَةٍ
E acolchoados elevados

Ayah: 35

إِنَّآ أَنشَأۡنَٰهُنَّ إِنشَآءٗ
Por certo, fizemo-las surgir, perfeitamente,

Ayah: 36

فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُنَّ أَبۡكَارًا
E fizemo-las virgens,

Ayah: 37

عُرُبًا أَتۡرَابٗا
Meigas, da mesma idade,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 38

لِّأَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
Para os companheiros da direita:

Ayah: 39

ثُلَّةٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
Uma multidão dos primeiros,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 40

وَثُلَّةٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ
E uma multidão dos derradeiros.

Ayah: 41

وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلشِّمَالِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلشِّمَالِ
E os companheiros da esquerda - que execráveis os companheiros da esquerda! -

Ayah: 42

فِي سَمُومٖ وَحَمِيمٖ
Estarão no castigo do Samum e em água ebuliente,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 43

وَظِلّٖ مِّن يَحۡمُومٖ
E em sombra de nigérrima fumaça,

Ayah: 44

لَّا بَارِدٖ وَلَا كَرِيمٍ
Nem fresca nem benfazeja.

Ayah: 45

إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَبۡلَ ذَٰلِكَ مُتۡرَفِينَ
Por certo, antes disso, eram opulentos,

Ayah: 46

وَكَانُواْ يُصِرُّونَ عَلَى ٱلۡحِنثِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
E obstinavam-se no formidável erro,

Ayah: 47

وَكَانُواْ يَقُولُونَ أَئِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابٗا وَعِظَٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبۡعُوثُونَ
E diziam: "Quando morrermos e formos pó e ossos, seremos ressuscitados?"

Ayah: 48

أَوَءَابَآؤُنَا ٱلۡأَوَّلُونَ
"E nossos pais antepassados, também?"

Ayah: 49

قُلۡ إِنَّ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ وَٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ
Dize: "Por certo, os primeiros e os derradeiros,

Ayah: 50

لَمَجۡمُوعُونَ إِلَىٰ مِيقَٰتِ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
Serão juntados em um tempo marcado de dia determinado."

Ayah: 51

ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمۡ أَيُّهَا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ ٱلۡمُكَذِّبُونَ
Em seguida, por certo, ó vós descaminhados, desmentidores,

Ayah: 52

لَأٓكِلُونَ مِن شَجَرٖ مِّن زَقُّومٖ
Comereis, certamente, da árvore de Zaqqum.

Ayah: 53

فَمَالِـُٔونَ مِنۡهَا ٱلۡبُطُونَ
E dela enchereis os ventres,

Ayah: 54

فَشَٰرِبُونَ عَلَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلۡحَمِيمِ
E, por cima, bebereis da água ebuliente,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 55

فَشَٰرِبُونَ شُرۡبَ ٱلۡهِيمِ
E bebereis como camelos sequiosos.

Ayah: 56

هَٰذَا نُزُلُهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلدِّينِ
Esta será sua hospedagem no Dia do juízo.

Ayah: 57

نَحۡنُ خَلَقۡنَٰكُمۡ فَلَوۡلَا تُصَدِّقُونَ
Nós vos criamos. Que vós, então confirmeis a Ressurreição!

Ayah: 58

أَفَرَءَيۡتُم مَّا تُمۡنُونَ
E vistes o que ejaculais?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 59

ءَأَنتُمۡ تَخۡلُقُونَهُۥٓ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡخَٰلِقُونَ
Sois vós que o criais, ou somos Nós O Criador?

Ayah: 60

نَحۡنُ قَدَّرۡنَا بَيۡنَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ
Nós determinamos estar a morte entre vós, e Nós não seremos Impedidos,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 61

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ أَمۡثَٰلَكُمۡ وَنُنشِئَكُمۡ فِي مَا لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ
De trocar-vos por semelhantes a vós e fazer-vos surgir em algo que não sabeis.

Ayah: 62

وَلَقَدۡ عَلِمۡتُمُ ٱلنَّشۡأَةَ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ فَلَوۡلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
E, com efeito, sabeis do primeiro surgimento. Então, que vós mediteis!

Ayah: 63

أَفَرَءَيۡتُم مَّا تَحۡرُثُونَ
E vistes o que lavrais?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 64

ءَأَنتُمۡ تَزۡرَعُونَهُۥٓ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلزَّٰرِعُونَ
Sois vós que o semeais, ou somos Nós O Semeador?

Ayah: 65

لَوۡ نَشَآءُ لَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ حُطَٰمٗا فَظَلۡتُمۡ تَفَكَّهُونَ
Se quiséssemos, fá-lo-íamos pulvéreo, então permaneceríeis exclamando:

Ayah: 66

إِنَّا لَمُغۡرَمُونَ
"certo, estamos onerados!"
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 67

بَلۡ نَحۡنُ مَحۡرُومُونَ
"Ou, aliás, desprovidos."

Ayah: 68

أَفَرَءَيۡتُمُ ٱلۡمَآءَ ٱلَّذِي تَشۡرَبُونَ
E vistes a água que bebeis?

Ayah: 69

ءَأَنتُمۡ أَنزَلۡتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُزۡنِ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُنزِلُونَ
Sois vós que a fazeis descer dos nimbos, ou somos Nós Que a fazemos descer?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 70

لَوۡ نَشَآءُ جَعَلۡنَٰهُ أُجَاجٗا فَلَوۡلَا تَشۡكُرُونَ
Se quiséssemos, fá-la-íamos salsíssima. Então, que vós agradeçais!

Ayah: 71

أَفَرَءَيۡتُمُ ٱلنَّارَ ٱلَّتِي تُورُونَ
E vistes o fogo que ateais?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 72

ءَأَنتُمۡ أَنشَأۡتُمۡ شَجَرَتَهَآ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُنشِـُٔونَ
Sois vós que fazeis surgir sua árvore, ou somos Nós Que a fazemos surgir?

Ayah: 73

نَحۡنُ جَعَلۡنَٰهَا تَذۡكِرَةٗ وَمَتَٰعٗا لِّلۡمُقۡوِينَ
Nós o fizemos como lembrança e proveito para os viajantes do deserto.

Ayah: 74

فَسَبِّحۡ بِٱسۡمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
Então, glorifica o nome de teu Magnífico Senhor!

Ayah: 75

۞ فَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِمَوَٰقِعِ ٱلنُّجُومِ
E juro pelas posições das estrelas.

Ayah: 76

وَإِنَّهُۥ لَقَسَمٞ لَّوۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ عَظِيمٌ
- E, por certo, é magnífico juramento, se soubésseis. -

Ayah: 77

إِنَّهُۥ لَقُرۡءَانٞ كَرِيمٞ
Por certo, este é um Alcorão nobre,

Ayah: 78

فِي كِتَٰبٖ مَّكۡنُونٖ
Em Livro resguardado,

Ayah: 79

لَّا يَمَسُّهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُطَهَّرُونَ
Não o tocam senão os purificados;

Ayah: 80

تَنزِيلٞ مِّن رَّبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
É revelação do Senhor dos Mundos.

Ayah: 81

أَفَبِهَٰذَا ٱلۡحَدِيثِ أَنتُم مُّدۡهِنُونَ
Então, estais refusando esta Mensagem,

Ayah: 82

وَتَجۡعَلُونَ رِزۡقَكُمۡ أَنَّكُمۡ تُكَذِّبُونَ
E fazendo do desmentir o agradecimento de vosso sustento?

Ayah: 83

فَلَوۡلَآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلۡحُلۡقُومَ
Então, que quando a alma atingir à garganta de um moribundo,

Ayah: 84

وَأَنتُمۡ حِينَئِذٖ تَنظُرُونَ
Enquanto, nesse momento, o olhais,

Ayah: 85

وَنَحۡنُ أَقۡرَبُ إِلَيۡهِ مِنكُمۡ وَلَٰكِن لَّا تُبۡصِرُونَ
- E Nós estamos mais Próximos dele, que vós, mas vós não o enxergais -

Ayah: 86

فَلَوۡلَآ إِن كُنتُمۡ غَيۡرَ مَدِينِينَ
Então, se não deveis ser julgados,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 87

تَرۡجِعُونَهَآ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ
Que a façais retornar, se sois verídicos!

Ayah: 88

فَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبِينَ
E, se ele é dos achegados a Allah,

Ayah: 89

فَرَوۡحٞ وَرَيۡحَانٞ وَجَنَّتُ نَعِيمٖ
Então, terá descanso, e alegria, e Jardim da Delícia.

Ayah: 90

وَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنۡ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
E, se ele é dos companheiros da direita,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 91

فَسَلَٰمٞ لَّكَ مِنۡ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
Então, terá a saudação: "A paz seja contigo", dos companheiros da direita.

Ayah: 92

وَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
E, se ele é dos desmentidores, descaminhados,

Ayah: 93

فَنُزُلٞ مِّنۡ حَمِيمٖ
Então, terá hospedagem de água ebuliente,

Ayah: 94

وَتَصۡلِيَةُ جَحِيمٍ
E de queima no Inferno.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 95

إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ حَقُّ ٱلۡيَقِينِ
Por certo, esta é a verdade certa.

Ayah: 96

فَسَبِّحۡ بِٱسۡمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
Então, glorifica o nome de teu Magnífico Senhor!
