ਸੂਰਤ ਅਲ-ਗ਼ਾਸ਼ੀਆ

Ayah: 1

هَلْ اَتٰىكَ حَدِیْثُ الْغَاشِیَةِ ۟ؕ
1਼ ਕੀ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ (ਹਰੇਕ ਚੀਜ਼ ’ਤੇ) ਛਾ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ (ਕਿਆਮਤ) ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ ਹੈ ?

Ayah: 2

وُجُوْهٌ یَّوْمَىِٕذٍ خَاشِعَةٌ ۟ۙ
2਼ ਉਸ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਹੀ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਜ਼ਲੀਲ (ਰੁਸਵਾ) ਹੋਣਗੇ।

عَامِلَةٌ نَّاصِبَةٌ ۟ۙ
3਼ (ਸੰਸਾਰਿਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਲਈ) ਕਰੜੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਥੱਕੇ ਹਾਰੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ।

تَصْلٰی نَارًا حَامِیَةً ۟ۙ
4਼ ਸੁਲਘਦੀ ਹੋਈ ਅੱਗ ਵਿਚ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

تُسْقٰی مِنْ عَیْنٍ اٰنِیَةٍ ۟ؕ
5਼ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ (ਨਰਕ ਵਿਚ) ਉੱਬਲਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸੋਮੇ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਪਿਆਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

لَیْسَ لَهُمْ طَعَامٌ اِلَّا مِنْ ضَرِیْعٍ ۟ۙ
6਼ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੋਜਨ ਕੇਵਲ ਕੰਢੇਦਾਰ ਝਾੜੀਆਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।

لَّا یُسْمِنُ وَلَا یُغْنِیْ مِنْ جُوْعٍ ۟ؕ
7਼ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਮੋਟਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਭੁੱਖ ਮਟਾਵੇਗਾ।

لِّسَعْیِهَا رَاضِیَةٌ ۟ۙ

اَفَلَا یَنْظُرُوْنَ اِلَی الْاِبِلِ كَیْفَ خُلِقَتْ ۟ۥ
17਼ ਕੀ ਉਹ (ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਇਨਕਾਰੀ) ਊਠਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ?

وَاِلَی السَّمَآءِ كَیْفَ رُفِعَتْ ۟ۥ
18਼ ਅਤੇ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ (ਨਹੀਂ ਵੇਖਦੇ) ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਉੱਚਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ?

فَذَكِّرْ ۫— اِنَّمَاۤ اَنْتَ مُذَكِّرٌ ۟ؕ
21਼ ਸੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ (ਹੇ ਨਬੀ!) ਨਸੀਹਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੋ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਕੇਵਲ ਨਸੀਹਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ।

لَسْتَ عَلَیْهِمْ بِمُصَۜیْطِرٍ ۟ۙ

اِلَّا مَنْ تَوَلّٰی وَكَفَرَ ۟ۙ
23਼ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੇ (ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਨਸੀਹਤ ਤੋਂ) ਮੂੰਹ ਮੋੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ।

فَیُعَذِّبُهُ اللّٰهُ الْعَذَابَ الْاَكْبَرَ ۟ؕ
24਼ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਲਾਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਅਜ਼ਾਬ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।
