Translation of the meanings Ayah: (59) Surah: Al-Qasas
وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرٰی حَتّٰی یَبْعَثَ فِیْۤ اُمِّهَا رَسُوْلًا یَّتْلُوْا عَلَیْهِمْ اٰیٰتِنَا ۚ— وَمَا كُنَّا مُهْلِكِی الْقُرٰۤی اِلَّا وَاَهْلُهَا ظٰلِمُوْنَ ۟
உமது இறைவன் (மக்காவை சுற்றி உள்ள) ஊர்களை அழிப்பவனாக இல்லை, (புனித மக்காவாகிய) அதனுடைய தலைநகரில் அவர்களுக்கு முன் நமது வசனங்களை ஓதிக் காண்பிக்கிற ஒரு தூதரை (-உம்மை) அனுப்புகிற வரை. (பொதுவாக எந்த) ஊர்களை(யும்) நாம் அழிப்பவர்களாக இல்லை, அதில் இருப்பவர்கள் அநியாயக்காரர்களாக இருக்கும்போதே தவிர.
