Translation of the meanings Ayah: (77) Surah: Al-Mā’idah
قُلْ یٰۤاَهْلَ الْكِتٰبِ لَا تَغْلُوْا فِیْ دِیْنِكُمْ غَیْرَ الْحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوْۤا اَهْوَآءَ قَوْمٍ قَدْ ضَلُّوْا مِنْ قَبْلُ وَاَضَلُّوْا كَثِیْرًا وَّضَلُّوْا عَنْ سَوَآءِ السَّبِیْلِ ۟۠
(நபியே!) கூறுவீராக: “வேதக்காரர்களே! உண்மைக்கு முரணாக, உங்கள் மார்க்கத்தில் எல்லை மீறாதீர்கள். இன்னும், முன்பு வழிதவறிவிட்ட சமுதாயத்தின் (கெட்ட) பழக்கங்களை பின்பற்றாதீர்கள். அவர்கள் பலரை வழி கெடுத்தனர். இன்னும், நேரான பாதையிலிருந்து (தாங்களும்) வழி தவறினர்.’’
