సూరహ్ అష్-షర్హ్

Ayah: 1

اَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ۟ۙ
(ఓ ముహమ్మద్!) ఏమీ? మేము నీ కొరకు నీ హృదయాన్ని తెరువలేదా?[1]
[1] గడచిన సూరహ్ లో 3 కానుకలు పేర్కొనబడ్డాయి. ఈ సూరహ్ లో 3 అనుగ్రహాలు పేర్కొనబడ్డాయి. ఎదను తెరవటం - అంటే సత్యాన్ని గ్రహించటం, జ్ఞాన జ్యోతి పొందడం. చూడండి, 6:125 అంటే మార్గదర్శకత్వాన్ని అర్థం చేసుకొని గ్రహించటం.
రెండు సార్లు దైవప్రవక్త ('స'అస) ఎద చీల్చబడిందని స.హదీసుల ద్వారా తెలుస్తుంది. ఒకసారి బాల్యంలో అప్పుడు అతని వయస్సు 4 సంవత్సరాలుంటుంది. అప్పుడు జిబ్రీల్ ('అ.స.) వచ్చి, అతని ఎదను చీల్చి అతని హృదయంలో నున్న షై'తానుకు చోటిచ్చే భాగాన్ని తీసి వేస్తారు, ('స.ముస్లిం). రెండవసారి మేరాజ్ కు ముందు జిబ్రీల్ ('అ.స.) అతని ఎదను చీల్చి అతని హృదయాన్ని చీల్చి, బయటికి తీసి, 'జమ్'జమ్ తో దానిని కడిగి పెడ్తారు. దానిని విశ్వాసం (ఈమాన్) మరియు వివేకంతో నింపుతారు. ('స'హీ'హైన్).

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ ۟ۙ

[1] అంటే అల్లాహ్ (సు.తా.) పేరు వచ్చినప్పుడల్లా దైవప్రవక్త ('స'అస) పేరు వస్తుంది. ఉదా: అజా'న్ లో, నమా'జ్ లో వగైరా.

فَاِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ یُسْرًا ۟ۙ
నిశ్చయంగా, ఎల్లప్పుడు కష్టంతో పాటు సుఖం కూడా ఉంటుంది;

اِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ یُسْرًا ۟ؕ
నిశ్చయంగా, కష్టంతో పాటు సుఖం కూడా ఉంటుంది.[1]
[1] కష్టాల తరువాత దైవప్రవక్త ('స'అస) మరియు 'స'హాబీలు (ర'ది.'అన్హుమ్)లకు సుఖసంతోషాలు ప్రాప్తమయ్యాయి.

فَاِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ ۟ۙ
కావున నీకు తీరిక లభించినప్పుడు ఆరాధనలో నిమగ్నుడవైపో!
