لَا يَسۡبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَهُم بِأَمۡرِهِۦ يَعۡمَلُونَ

O'ndan (emir almazdan) önce konuşmazlar, onlar, sadece O'nun emri ile hareket ederler.
