Translation of the meanings Ayah: (96) Surah: Al-Baqarah
وَلَتَجِدَنَّهُمۡ أَحۡرَصَ ٱلنَّاسِ عَلَىٰ حَيَوٰةٖ وَمِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُواْۚ يَوَدُّ أَحَدُهُمۡ لَوۡ يُعَمَّرُ أَلۡفَ سَنَةٖ وَمَا هُوَ بِمُزَحۡزِحِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ أَن يُعَمَّرَۗ وَٱللَّهُ بَصِيرُۢ بِمَا يَعۡمَلُونَ
96. Уларнинг ҳатто мушриклардан ҳам ҳаётга (яшашга) очкўз кишилар эканини кўрасиз, уларнинг айримлари минг йил умр кўришни истайдилар. Ҳолбуки, узун умр уни азобдан узоқлаштирмайди. Ахир Аллоҳ қилаётган амалларини кўриб тургувчидир.
