Ayah: 1

أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ
(Hỡi Thiên Sứ Muhammad!) Chẳng phải TA (Allah) đã không mở rộng lồng ngực của Ngươi ư?

Ayah: 2

وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ
(Chẳng phải) TA đã lấy đi khỏi Ngươi gánh nặng,

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ
Đã đè nặng trên lưng Ngươi?

وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ
(Chẳng phải) TA đã nâng cao danh tiếng của Ngươi?

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا
Quả thật, đi cùng với khó khăn là sự dễ dàng.

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرٗا
Quả thật, đi cùng với khó khăn là sự dễ dàng.

فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ
Vì vậy, khi Ngươi đã hoàn thành (nhiệm vụ của mình), Ngươi hãy đứng dậy (cho lễ nguyện Salah).

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرۡغَب
Và Ngươi hãy hướng đến Thượng Đế của Ngươi mà hy vọng và nguyện cầu.
