Vers: 1

وَٱلۡفَجۡرِ
(Nalapi) na eleko ya ntongo!

أَلَمۡ تَرَ كَيۡفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِعَادٍ
Omoni te ndenge Nkolo nayo asalaki na bato ya aad,

إِرَمَ ذَاتِ ٱلۡعِمَادِ
Na mboka Irama[1] ndenge etongamaki na bandako ya likolo,

ٱلَّتِي لَمۡ يُخۡلَقۡ مِثۡلُهَا فِي ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ

وَثَمُودَ ٱلَّذِينَ جَابُواْ ٱلصَّخۡرَ بِٱلۡوَادِ

وَفِرۡعَوۡنَ ذِي ٱلۡأَوۡتَادِ
Na Falo moto ya mapinga?

ٱلَّذِينَ طَغَوۡاْ فِي ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ
Bango banso bazalaki babuki mibeko o’kati ya bamboka na bango,

فَأَكۡثَرُواْ فِيهَا ٱلۡفَسَادَ
Mpe babebisaki mingi koleka.

فَصَبَّ عَلَيۡهِمۡ رَبُّكَ سَوۡطَ عَذَابٍ
Na yango Nkolo nayo akitiselaki bango fimbu ya etumbu.

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَبِٱلۡمِرۡصَادِ
Mpo ete Nkolo nayo azali kotala.

فَأَمَّا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ إِذَا مَا ٱبۡتَلَىٰهُ رَبُّهُۥ فَأَكۡرَمَهُۥ وَنَعَّمَهُۥ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّيٓ أَكۡرَمَنِ
Moto azali soki Nkolo naye ameki ye na bokumisi ye mpe na bopesi ye bozwi alobi: Nkolo na ngai akumisi nga.

وَأَمَّآ إِذَا مَا ٱبۡتَلَىٰهُ فَقَدَرَ عَلَيۡهِ رِزۡقَهُۥ فَيَقُولُ رَبِّيٓ أَهَٰنَنِ
Kaši soki ameki ye na bokangeli ye bozwi alobi ete: Nkolo na ngai asundoli nga.

كَلَّاۖ بَل لَّا تُكۡرِمُونَ ٱلۡيَتِيمَ
Kaši te, bino nde bosalisaka bana bitike te,

وَلَا تَحَٰٓضُّونَ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينِ
Mpe bolendisaka bato te pona koleisa babola,

وَتَأۡكُلُونَ ٱلتُّرَاثَ أَكۡلٗا لَّمّٗا
Mpe bozalaki kólia bikitano (bozui mowei atiki) na ndenge ya mabe,

وَتُحِبُّونَ ٱلۡمَالَ حُبّٗا جَمّٗا
Mpe bolingi bomengo na bolingo ya makasi.

كَلَّآۖ إِذَا دُكَّتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ دَكّٗا دَكّٗا

وَجَآءَ رَبُّكَ وَٱلۡمَلَكُ صَفّٗا صَفّٗا
