ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ كَرِهُواْ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأَحۡبَطَ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ
9. This is because they hated what Allāh (God) has sent down (of the Qur’an), so He rendered their deeds worthless.
