ߞߘߐ ߟߎ߬ ߘߟߊߡߌ߬ߘߊ߬ߟߌ ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫ 96 ߝߐߘߊ ߘߏ߫ ߦߣߎߛߊ߫ - ߊ߲߬ߞߌ߬ߟߋ߬ߞߊ߲ ߘߟߊߡߌߘߊ - ߞߓ. ߥߊ߬ߟߌ߯ߘ ߓߊߟߌߤߊߛ߭ ߊ.ߟߑߊ߳ߺߊߡߑߙߌ߮ ߓߟߏ߫ - ߊ߬ ߓߊ߯ߙߊ ߦߋ߫ ߛߋ߲߬ߠߊ߫. - ߞߎ߬ߙߣߊ߬ ߞߟߊߒߞߋ ߔߘߋߞߎ

ߟߝߊߙߌ ߘߏ߫: 96

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

(96) ^[2459]Certainly ˹Muhammad˺, the ones over whom the Word of your Lord has come true, will never Believe^[2460];

[2459] The fact of the matter is laid bare before the Messenger (ﷺ); eager as he was, they would never Believe. Guidance is in God’s Hand: “Never will most people be eager as you are ˹Muhammad˺ to Believe!” (12: 103).
[2460] They met the end that God decreed; they were Denying through and through (cf. al-Ṭabarī, Ibn Kathīr, al-Shawkānī).
