إِنَّمَا قَوۡلُنَا لِشَيۡءٍ إِذَآ أَرَدۡنَٰهُ أَن نَّقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ
40. Indeed Our only Saying to a thing when We have willed it, is that We say to it: ‘Be,’ and it is [16].
[16]. Allah's Absolute Glory and Power is highlighted here. The realization of His ability to create are carried out by His word, 'Be' and it is.
