إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ وَكَانُواْ قَوۡمًا عَالِينَ
46. To Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they behaved with arrogance and they were a haughty people [11].
[11]. By disobeying their Lord Allāh, and exalting themselves over and above His messengers.
