أَمَّا مَنِ ٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰ

5. As for the one who was indifferent ^[4],

[4]. Considering himself free from need (of Divine guidance), here it is referring to that influential pagan of the Quraysh whom the Prophet (ﷺ) had hoped to embrace Islam.
