أَفَمَنۡ حَقَّ عَلَيۡهِ كَلِمَةُ ٱلۡعَذَابِ أَفَأَنتَ تُنقِذُ مَن فِي ٱلنَّارِ

(19) Then, is one who has deserved the decree of punishment [to be guided]? Then, can you save one who is in the Fire?
