الَّذِیْنَ اِذَا اكْتَالُوْا عَلَی النَّاسِ یَسْتَوْفُوْنَ ۟ؗۖ

அவர்கள் மக்களிடம் அளந்து வாங்கும்போது, (பொருளை) நிறைவாக (அளந்து) வாங்குகிறார்கள்.
