فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ
13. (It is) the freeing of one's neck (from slavery) [7],
[7]. Or a captive from the bondage of slavery, debt and other afflictions. Helping the stranded foreigners and strangers.
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "Whoever frees a slave, Allâh will save all the parts of his body from the (Hell) Fire, as he has freed the body-parts of the slave."
