وَأَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ طَرَفَيِ ٱلنَّهَارِ وَزُلَفٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّيۡلِۚ إِنَّ ٱلۡحَسَنَٰتِ يُذۡهِبۡنَ ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِۚ ذَٰلِكَ ذِكۡرَىٰ لِلذَّٰكِرِينَ
114. Keep up the prayer at the two ends of the day [19], as well as during the first hours of the night [20]. The good deeds remove the misdeeds. That is a reminder for those who remember.
[19]. I.e., the morning, the noon, and the afternoon prayers.
[20]. The sunset and the late evening prayer.
