قَالَ قَآئِلٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ لَا تَقۡتُلُواْ يُوسُفَ وَأَلۡقُوهُ فِي غَيَٰبَتِ ٱلۡجُبِّ يَلۡتَقِطۡهُ بَعۡضُ ٱلسَّيَّارَةِ إِن كُنتُمۡ فَٰعِلِينَ
10. One of them [3] said, “Do not kill Joseph. Instead, cast him down into the bottom of the well; so that some travellers may pick him up - if you are going to do anything.”
[3]. I.e., Judah.
