يَوۡمَ تُبَدَّلُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ غَيۡرَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُۖ وَبَرَزُواْ لِلَّهِ ٱلۡوَٰحِدِ ٱلۡقَهَّارِ
48. On the Day when the earth will be changed into a different earth and the heavens as well [16], and all appear before Allāh, the One, the All-Conquering [17].
[16]. Earth will be replaced with another one which is pristine and white as silver and the Heavens will also be replaced. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: “People will be gathered on the Day of Judgement on a reddish white land that has not been treaded on before, just like a pure loaf of bread (made of pure fine flour), on which there will be no landmarks for any one.
[17]. Allah’s Revenge will be on the Day of Judgment.
