قَالَ ءَامَنتُمۡ لَهُۥ قَبۡلَ أَنۡ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمۡۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ ٱلَّذِي عَلَّمَكُمُ ٱلسِّحۡرَۖ فَلَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيۡدِيَكُمۡ وَأَرۡجُلَكُم مِّنۡ خِلَٰفٖ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمۡ فِي جُذُوعِ ٱلنَّخۡلِ وَلَتَعۡلَمُنَّ أَيُّنَآ أَشَدُّ عَذَابٗا وَأَبۡقَىٰ
71. (Pharaoh) said: "You believed for him before I give you permission; indeed, he is your chief, who taught you the magic. I will certainly cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will crucify you on the trunks of palm trees, and you will come to know which of us [11] is more severe in torment and more lasting.
[11]. Meaning himself and Allāh, the Lord of Moses.
