Ayah: 96

وَلَتَجِدَنَّهُمۡ أَحۡرَصَ ٱلنَّاسِ عَلَىٰ حَيَوٰةٖ وَمِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَشۡرَكُواْۚ يَوَدُّ أَحَدُهُمۡ لَوۡ يُعَمَّرُ أَلۡفَ سَنَةٖ وَمَا هُوَ بِمُزَحۡزِحِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ أَن يُعَمَّرَۗ وَٱللَّهُ بَصِيرُۢ بِمَا يَعۡمَلُونَ
Sigurisht që do t'i gjesh ata (hebrenjtë) njerëzit më lakmitarë për të jetuar, madje edhe më shumë se paganët. Secili prej tyre dëshiron të jetojë një mijë vjet, por, edhe po të jetonte aq, kjo nuk do t'ia shmangte atij dënimin. Allahu i sheh mirë veprimet e tyre.
