مَّنَّاعٖ لِّلۡخَيۡرِ مُعۡتَدٖ مُّرِيبٍ

كثير المنع لما أوجب الله عليه من حق، متجاوز لحدود الله، شاكّ فيما يخبر به من وعد أو وعيد.
