مَّا تَسۡبِقُ مِنۡ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسۡتَـٔۡخِرُونَ

لا تتجاوز أمة أجلها فتزيد عليه، ولا تتقدم عليه، فتنقص منه.
